Tallying

In Mathematics this week we have been looking at how to create a Tally correctly.

We have discussed the benefits of using the cross through and have been using it to develop our skills. On Tuesday we thought of a question that we would like to ask people in the class, wrote it into our Maths books, and today set about asking the other members in our classroom if their answer was yes or no.

Mr. Donaldson explained that our goal for this lesson was to be able to tally correctly.

Weather Report

Today in preparation for the end of our unit on Weather we took the time today to begin consolidating our learning. This was done in the form of a Weather Report where we had a look at the weather today and took some notes about what it is like today on the 11th of April at St Luke's Bayview.
It was great to see the students taking the knowledge that they have acquired over the term and applying it into this report.
